We understand that sometimes you simply don't like something and want to return or exchange it. As long as the item(s) still have their tags and are in their original condition, you can return them within 30 days.
Which items can I return?
Unwanted products must be returned within 30 days of the date your cfab order was delivered.
To receive a full refund for eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received them. If an item is returned damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to issue a refund. All items will be inspected upon return.
Please retain all receipts for the return, as we may need to see them as part of your return.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are currently available in the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Netherlands, France, Poland and the USA.
When will I receive my refund?
This may depend on how long it takes the courier to return the items to us before they are processed in our warehouse for a return.
- We offer refunds to the original payment method or as store credit.
- For orders where a gift card is used to cover all or part of the total order amount, the refund will first be applied to the gift card.
- Refunds will be issued as soon as possible once we have received your order back at our warehouse. Please note that it may take up to 7 days for your refund to appear in your account once it has been processed.
Can I combine multiple returns into a single return?
The short answer is no. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process combined returns and therefore require you to send your returns from different orders separately.
In addition, separately registered returns, even if they are from the same order, cannot be processed if they are returned in one package.
Combining returns in one package may result in a refund error.
If you have already sent multiple returns in one package, please let us know so we can check this for you. Please keep all receipts for the return, as we may need to review them as part of your return request.
