When registering your return, you can choose between two refund methods: a refund to your original payment method or store credit for your next order. This will be sent to you via email in the form of a 16-digit code after your return has been delivered and processed.

The store credit has no expiration date.
Can I change my store credit to another refund method at a later date?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. Once store credit has been selected as the refund method when registering the return, it cannot be changed at a later date.
