You've received your new cfab fit, but something isn't quite right? No problem!
You can exchange it for a different size, so you can return the unwanted items as part of the returns process and choose a different size to be delivered to you instead. And the best part is that exchanges for the same item are free of charge, but must be made within 30 days of receiving your order!
Is an exchange possible for everyone?
Unfortunately, exchanges are only possible in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, France, Poland and the USA.
Is an exchange guaranteed once you have decided to do so?
In short, no. When you decide to exchange an item, the stock is not reserved immediately and it is possible that the item(s) you want will no longer be available when your order is processed. In this case, the amount for the item(s) will be refunded to your original payment method and we will send you a confirmation email.
Still want the item, but it's currently out of stock? You can sign up for our item and we'll notify you when it's back in stock!
Can I exchange my ordered item for another one?
No, we do not currently offer exchanges for other types of items.
How long will it take to receive my exchange?
Once your exchange has been verified, it will usually be shipped within 1-2 days and we will contact you shortly thereafter via email with your new tracking link. If you have not received an email confirming your exchange within 7 days, please email us at support@cfab.com and we will check for you.
Can I change or cancel my exchange?
No, an exchange that has already been registered cannot be changed or canceled retrospectively.
