I returned a non-cfab item, what should I do?
Oh dear! You can contact us at support@cfab.com with the following information, and we will look into the matter for you:
- your full name
- your email address
- the order number associated with the return (#cf1234567)
- photo of the receipt
- photo of the invoice for the incorrect item
Once we have received the information you need, we will initiate an investigation and do our best to locate the item for you. We will of course always do our best to help you, but unfortunately we cannot make any promises!
For your information: The sender is responsible for anything that is accidentally or incorrectly returned to us (and is not a cfab item), not cfab.
