How do I purchase a cfab gift card?
You can purchase an e-gift card via our website! Our e-gift cards are not physically shipped; instead, you will receive a confirmation email with your gift card code, which you can simply forward to the lucky recipient.
So if you want to buy something for someone but don't know what to give them, give them a cfab gift voucher and let them choose!
How long is a voucher valid for?
Our vouchers have no expiry date.
Do I have to redeem the entire amount for one order?
No, the amount you spend will simply be deducted from your voucher balance. You can then redeem the remaining balance on a new order with us.
Can I redeem a voucher during a sale/discount promotion?
Yes, of course! A voucher counts as a payment method at any time.
Can I use a voucher and a card payment on the same order?
Yes, you can split your order between a voucher and a card payment. The full credit will be deducted from your voucher first, and the remaining amount can then be paid using another payment method of your choice.
Can I use a discount code when purchasing a gift card?
No, we cannot apply discounts to the price of gift cards. If your order contains items other than gift cards, the discount will be applied to those items, but not to the price of the gift card.
I used a gift card for my order and now want to return it
For orders where you used more than one payment method (partly voucher, partly other payment method), the voucher will always be refunded first. Any remaining amount will then be refunded to the other payment method used. It may take 3-5 business days after confirmation of the refund for it to appear in your bank account.
Can I buy a voucher for a friend?
Yes! Enter your own details (name and email address) when placing the order and forward the order confirmation for the voucher to them. Alternatively, you can print out the code and give it to them as a gift.
Please advise them to keep the voucher code in case they need to return anything. The refund will be credited to the same voucher and can be reused.
