What discounts are available at cfab?
Depending on the promotion, discount codes may vary in amount, validity period, and conditions.
Please note: Discount codes cannot be combined. Only one discount code can be entered at checkout.
Refunds when using a discount code
All discount codes used on an order are divided equally among the items as a percentage. So, if a refund is processed, you will receive the discounted price as a refund.
My discount code isn't working?
Do you have a discount code that doesn't work when you enter it at checkout? Here are a few troubleshooting tips:
- Are you logged into your cfab account? The codes may be linked to your email address. If we sent you a discount code by email, you must log in to our website with the same email address to redeem your code.
- Is your code still valid? Some discount codes have an expiration date. It's always worth checking where you got the code from to see if it's still valid when you try to checkout.
- Did you enter the code correctly? Codes may be case-sensitive, so it's worth double-checking that the code has been entered in upper or lower case.
- Is that a ‘0’ or an ‘O’? As simple as it sounds, it can be difficult to tell the difference! Check your code for the correct use of letters and numbers.
Please note that we cannot apply a discount to an order that has already been placed.
