Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. If you no longer wish to keep your order, you can return it within 30 days.
Can I make changes to my order?
As orders are forwarded to our warehouse so quickly, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes once they have been placed. This includes:
- Adding or removing items from your order
- Changing an item, size, or color
- Changing the delivery address
- Payment information
- Changing the shipping method or courier service
- Applying a discount code or changing product prices

Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the address after the order has been placed, but it may be possible to adjust it directly with the courier once your order has been shipped.
Simply check your email for their contact details and tracking information. Please note that this is not guaranteed and services may vary depending on the courier.
*IF YOU ENTER THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF THE ORDER IS LOST AND ARE THEREFORE NOT OBLIGATED TO REFUND/REPLACE THE ORDER.
