If the order is “shipped,” you can click the tracking link to see the current delivery status. 🚚

Don’t worry! You can still track your order via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. However, creating an account makes managing your orders and personal information much easier. 😊

Enter the required information and confirm your registration. 📋
Once your account is created, you can log in anytime to manage your orders.
My order status isn’t updating, what now? 😬
Don’t panic! It may take 24 to 48 hours for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information. ⏳
If your tracking hasn’t updated for a while, please check the following:
- Make sure your package isn’t delayed due to an incorrect address. 📍
- If you’ve provided an incorrect or incomplete address, use our chatbot to update your order (located at the bottom right of the website).
If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, your package is likely still on the way. However, if there is still no update after 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), please contact our customer service via the chatbot, and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible. 🤖🧑💻
