Is an item missing from your order?
We know how exciting it is to wait for cfab items. However, if something is missing, we won't leave you in the lurch.
Please check your shipping confirmation email first. If the item is listed there, it should be in your package. If the item is still missing, please contact our customer service team at support@cfab.com and we will take care of it as soon as possible.
The item is listed in my shipping confirmation email but is not in my package?
If the item(s) appear in your shipping confirmation but are not in the package, please email our customer support team at support@cfab.com within 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY so we can look into it for you.
The item is not listed in my shipping confirmation email - what now?
The missing item(s) may have been out of stock. If we are unable to ship the items, you will be refunded for the value of the missing items.
Received the wrong item?
If you have received the wrong item, please email our customer support team at support@cfab.com so we can help you.
It is very helpful if you include the following when contacting us:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item(s) you received
- A photo of the packaging

Received a damaged item?
If an item from your order has arrived damaged, please contact our customer support team at support@cfab.com as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue for you.
To help us investigate, please include the following:
- Close-up photo of the damage
- Photos of all labels
- Photo of the outer packaging/bag
